What can a jet-setter accomplish in a lifetime?
Karen Lund, author of Being an Elder, is also a global business consultant, an Elder, a jet setter, a storyteller, a physical education teacher, and a Red Cross staffer during Vietnam. Her journey began in Minot, North Dakota, USA, went around the world for a number of years on the Pacific Rim, and now is back to the American Midwest in Minnesota.
She livens up a party with her stories from the times she consulted at a Barbie Doll factory, an underground silver, zinc and copper mine, a credit card call center, a stone quarry and stone cutting operation, an armored car operation, and at many more off-the-beaten-path places.
